KINEMPAY provides the following services:

• Instant airtime top-up for all Nigerian networks (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile)
• Data bundle subscriptions
• Cable TV subscription payments (DStv, GOtv, Startimes, etc.)
• Electricity bill payments for all Nigerian DISCOs
• Wallet funding and management

3. User Account

• You must create an account to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

4. Wallet and Payments

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Flutterwave)
• Wallet funds are non-transferable to bank accounts
• Wallet funds can only be used for services on the KINEMPAY platform
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply as displayed on the platform
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds before initiating transactions
• We do not store your payment card details on our servers

5. Transaction Processing

• Transactions are typically processed instantly upon confirmation
• In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to service provider delays
• Failed transactions will be reversed to your wallet within 24-48 hours
• Transaction confirmations will be sent to your registered email address
• You must verify all transaction details before confirming payment

6. Pricing and Discounts

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Current prices are displayed on the platform at the time of transaction
• Discounts and promotional offers are at KINEMPAY's discretion
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue discounts at any time
• Discounted rates are automatically applied to eligible transactions

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers
• Network provider outages may affect service delivery times

9. Limitation of Liability

• KINEMPAY acts as an intermediary between you and service providers
• We are not liable for services not delivered by third-party providers
• Our liability is limited to the value of the failed transaction
• We are not responsible for incorrect recipient details provided by users
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Unused wallet balances may be refunded upon account termination (subject to verification)
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
